An espagnolette multipoint UPVC window lock is the gearing part inside a window that a spindle drive handle operates. This Avocet inline mushroom bolt espagnolette is designed for profiles with standard and reduced depth Eurogroove and can be used on Aluminium, Timber and UPVC window systems. Avocet Espags can be fitted to side or top hung windows.

The avocet espag can be used as a replacement for many other makes and as long as your backset and rod measurements are identical, then you only need to adjust the mushroom keeps on your window to line up with your new espag lock. The Avocet Inline espag is compatible with all standard espag handles with 43mm fixing centres with a 7mm square spindle.
