Lost the key to your post box, or the lock has failed? A replacement cam lock is usually all you need. We stock the Sterling post box cam lock for wall-mounted and freestanding post boxes.
Check the lock body length, cam length and cam position against your old lock before you order.
Measure the length of the lock body from the front face to the back, and its diameter.
Measure the flat cam (the arm that turns behind the door) and note which way it turns to lock.
Most cam locks are held by a nut on the inside. Check the hole in your post box matches the lock.
Open the post box, undo the nut holding the lock and remove the cam. Push the old lock out, fit the new one, refit the nut and cam the same way round, and test it with the box open.
Compare the body length, diameter and cam with your old lock. If they match, it should fit.
