Want your door handles, letterbox and knocker to match? The Fab & Fix collection brings together door furniture for uPVC and composite doors, so you can update the whole front door in one style.
The range includes Balmoral, Blenheim and Farnham lever handles in 92mm and 68mm PZ (including lever and pad versions), the Haven composite door hinge, a 12 inch letterbox set, a slimline knocker and matching blanking plates.
Measure from the centre of the spindle to the centre of the keyhole. 92mm is the most common on uPVC doors; some doors use 68mm.
Measure between the fixing screws above and below the spindle. Balmoral handles are 211mm and Blenheim 240mm; Farnham is 215mm.
Most front doors with a multipoint lock use lever/lever. A 92/62 lever and pad set has a fixed pad outside, used where you only want to open the door with a key from outside.
Check your door thickness so the spindle and screws are the right length.
Both come as 92mm PZ lever/lever sets and 92/62 lever and pad sets, with matching blanking plates for doors where a handle has been removed. Blenheim has longer 240mm screw centres; Balmoral has 211mm.
For doors with a 68mm PZ lock. Measure your PZ carefully; a 92mm handle won't line up with a 68mm lock.
Finish the door with the Haven composite door hinge, the 12 inch letterbox set and the Horsetail slimline door knocker.
PZ is the distance from the centre of the handle spindle to the centre of the keyhole. It must match your lock.
Many are, provided the PZ, screw centres and door thickness match. Check each listing.
It covers the holes left in the door where a handle has been removed, matching the style of the other handles.
