Look for a name on the hinges, rollers, gearbox or frame label, such as Debar, Clearspan, ERA or Fenster.
Check whether you need a top guide or a bottom roller. Many doors use both.

Some bifold doors hang from the top track and use bottom guides; others roll on the bottom track and use top guides. Check which way your door works.
