Register a JCP Hardware account or sign in to your existing one.
Complete the trade application form with your business details and proof of trade.
Once approved, trade pricing applies automatically at checkout on every order.
Most trade applications are reviewed and approved within one to two working days of receiving all required documentation.
Frequently asked questions
What proof of trade do I need to provide?
Any of the following will normally be accepted:
- Company registration number or VAT number
- Trade association membership
- Business website
For sole traders and smaller businesses, we also accept trade business cards, headed paper, photos of sign-written work vehicles, trade qualification certificates, supplier invoices, or photos of completed work.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. There's no minimum spend to access trade pricing, though certain delivery promotions may have their own minimum order values.
Can I combine trade discounts with other offers?
Our checkout automatically applies the best available price, so you'll never pay more than you should. Some promotional offers may not stack with trade pricing, but the system will always use whichever gives you the lower total.
How long does approval take?
Usually 24–48 hours from when we receive your application and supporting documents. We'll email you as soon as your account is approved.
