UPVC Half & Quarter Door Panels

Replace a damaged lower or smaller infill section with a flat white uPVC half or quarter door panel. These 750mm × 750mm replacement blanks are suitable for many uPVC doors, conservatory doors and compatible glazed frame sections, and can be trimmed to the finished width and height required.

Choose between standard and reinforced panels and, most importantly, match the thickness of the panel or double-glazed unit being replaced. JCP options include 20mm, 24mm and 28mm thicknesses depending on the product selected. Reinforced versions include an internal 4mm MDF layer for extra rigidity and impact resistance.

Before ordering, remove and measure the existing panel where possible, checking its width, height and thickness. Make sure your required cut size fits within the supplied 750mm × 750mm blank. These panels are supplied uncut, so trimming is carried out during installation. They are also useful for replacing a cracked or discoloured lower panel, covering an old pet-flap opening, or replacing a suitable glazed section with a solid panel for greater privacy.
