Measure the thickness of your old panel. This is the most important measurement. Check the thicknesses on the listing.
Measure the panel or the opening it fits. Your finished size must fit within 750mm x 750mm.
Reinforced panels are stronger. Check the listing for how they are made.
You'll need to remove the beads to take out the old panel.
Remove the glazing beads, take out the old panel and measure it. Cut the new panel to size, fit it with the right glazing packers, and refit the beads.
Mark the size carefully and cut with a fine tooth saw for a clean edge.
