Greenteq Omega 12 Inch Heavy Duty Letter Box

The VBH Omega all metal letter box features a timeless style utilising luxurious lines and soft curves to create an elegant letter box that is a cut above the rest.

Sculptured recesses on the lower frame allow easy finger access and both flaps open to a full 180° preventing accidental damage through shearing or over stressing of the springs. With soft internal brush seals and external Thermo-Plastic Rubber and Polyethylene seals, this letter box provides excellent draught and water protection. The Omega is solidly constructed, very robust and salt tested up to 500 hours. You can choose to mount the letter box by using the Thru Fix screws provided or simply attach it to the face of your door by using the correct length screws suited to your door type.

What's in the pack?

Dimensions:

  • External Dimensions: 325mm in length x 78mm in width
  • Internal Dimensions: Sleeve size - 256mm x 45mm (minimum sized hole in the door that the letter box will fit.)
  • Distance between screw holes: 275mm

Measuring Guide:

First remove your letterbox by lifting the flaps and unscrewing the fixing screws or bolts. Once the letter box is removed measure the exact width and height of the aperture (hole) and check the the sizes against the diagram below. Measure the door mid rail - panel thickness to determine the letter box thickness needed (i.e. 20/40mm or 40/80mm). You may well find there are a few millimetres difference to your existing letter box, the door mid-rail or panel aperture can easily be trimmed using a hacksaw or similar.

    Bought to replace a cheap letterbox where the outer flap had fallen off.
    Nice and easy to fit. Did have to trim the internal bits down as my door was thinner than what the letterbox was designed for, but this was easily done.
    Super quick delivery too.

    Bought this to replace the one that came with my anglian door where the flap had broken off! This is such better quality and the website gives you much more info about dimensions etc than other websites

    A great replacement for the cheap nasty version supplied when we bought the house. Perfectly represented description, easy to fit and looks superb......Shiny Shiny. Not cheap but great value for money. Love it.

How do I return Items?
