The Yale Welseal 12 Inch letter box has radiused edges to the ABS frame to soften the appearance of this high performance letter box. With an adjustable telescopic sleeve and extruded aluminium spring loaded flaps designed to open to 140°, this stylish letterplate is the perfect option for any PVCu door.

N.B: Two screw fixings are included. Important: Please check the screws are suitable for your application as they will not suit all door thicknesses. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE INSTALLATION. There are 8 alternative screw ports which can be used with 25mm screws.

• External Dimensions: 305mm in length x 70mm width
• Internal Dimensions: Sleeve aperture size - 262mm x 44mm width (min size hole in door that the letterbox will fit)
• Distance between screw holes 275mm

Measuring Guide:

First remove your letterbox by lifting the flaps and unscrewing the fixing screws or bolts. Once the letter box is removed measure the exact width and height of the aperture (hole) and check the the sizes against the diagram below. Measure the door mid rail - panel thickness to determine the letter box thickness needed (i.e. 20/40mm or 40/80mm). You may well find there are a few millimetres difference to your existing letter box, the door mid-rail or panel aperture can easily be trimmed using a hacksaw or similar.
