Yale Slim Master 12 Inch Letter Box

The Yale 12 Inch Slim Master letter box is specially designed for use in doors with a narrow midrail, with its all metal flap and surround a perfect colour match is achieved. The letterbox is weather sealed with a closed cell foam gasket pad, both flaps are fully spring loaded. With its dismountable telescopic sleeves the letterbox will fit door midrails from 36mm to 70mm Thick.

Dimensions:

• External size: 317mm width x 50mm
• Outer sleeve size 269mm x 38mm (min size hole the letterbox will fit)
• Screw fixing centres 292mm (centre to centre of screw holes)

Measuring Guide:

First remove your letterbox by lifting the flaps and unscrewing the fixing screws or bolts. Once the letter box is removed measure the exact width and height of the aperture (hole) and check the the sizes against the diagram below. Measure the door mid rail - panel thickness to determine the letter box thickness needed (i.e. 20/40mm or 40/80mm). You may well find there are a few millimetres difference to your existing letter box, the door mid-rail or panel aperture can easily be trimmed using a hacksaw or similar.
