The Greenteq Alpha offset espag - is a premium quality, push to open window handle. It's beautiful ergonomic design is very popular due to it's ease of use and is suitable for UPVC, timber and Aluminium outward opening windows. Manufactured with an attractive hard wearing finish and specifically handed to left or right handed openings. These handles can be key locked for additional security. The Alpha handle has a 7mm square spindle, which makes it compatible with most popular spindle drive shootbolts and espags; with a great range of spindle lengths and an industry standard of 43mm (the distance between screw hole centres) it makes for an easy fitting on nearly all window profiles in the UK.

Not only do the finishes look great, but 240 hours (plated coating) and 500 hours (painted coating) neutral salt spray corrosion resistance testing performance figures ensure that your GreenteQ Alpha handle still looks superb after many years of use.

What do I need to check before ordering a handle?

Handle Screw Hole Fixing Centres:

Fortunately most espag handles are made to industry standards with 43mm between the screw hole centres, therefore it really doesn't matter if you choose a style that's different to your existing handle, as long as the handle centres measure 43mm these handles will fit.

Handing:

These handles are of the offset type, therefore you will need to select the correct handing when ordering, please see the diagram in the gallery.

Spindle Length:

The spindle is measured from the base of the handle to the end of the spindle as shown below. This handle is available with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40mm spindles which, if necessary, can be trimmed to size.
