Mila ProStyle doctors door knockers come as a two part product (knocker body and strike plate) with a gently undulating shape that flows the length of the body. This solidly made knocker is reminiscent of times gone by where the Victorian physicians would identify themselves by fitting this design of knocker on their door - it permitted the sleeping doctor to be woken by a frantic caller in the middle of the night. Thankfully this use is a rarity nowadays, but a resounding rap with these knockers still echoes quality and great taste.
