The Stormguard Bottom Door Wooden Draught Excluder is ideal for stopping pesky draughts around doors, saving you money on your energy bills. It also assists in soundproofing your property and is extremely easy to fit.  It is provided in a  pre-cut length of 914mm with pre-drilled fixing holes (but it can be cut to size if needed) and is suitable for painting and staining.

Sealing gaps up to 25mm, it is ideal for use on sliding, folding, hinged and garage doors.

Fitting Instructions

1) Place the draught excluder against the inside of the door and mark the width

2) Cut to the exact door width less 5mm. Ensure there is a screw hole 50mm or less from the cut end. If not, drill a 4mm hole 25mm from the end. 

3) To prevent the brush from unraveling, slip it out of the carrier and crimp the cut end with pliers 

4) Close the door and position the draught excluder on the inside base of the door, making sure that the brush just rests on the floor covering

5) Mark off and make fixing holes and then fix with the screws provided
