Many windows and doors are glazed with a Wedge gasket to weather seal the glass to frame. The R6513 Incremental TPR Wedge gasket is one of the most popular seals of this design.

No adhesive is required to fit, the gasket is designed to simply push between the glass and frame. Fitting new gaskets can solve many problems, draughty and leaking windows are one of the many symptoms of a failing gasket. Over the years many gaskets will lose their flexibility, start to shrink and even disintegrate.

Please note: The gasket will be sent as one continuous length.

When fitting it is easy to cut the gasket too short - to avoid this measure around the unit and add approximately 6cm to the length required before cutting
