R2754 Black E Gasket Upvc Window Door Rubber TPR Seal Strip Double Glazing Repair
The 'E' gasket's function is to weather seal the glass to frame. No adhesive is required to fit this gasket as it simply slots into a groove before glazing. The most common cause of a leaky window is that the gasket has, or is starting to fail (fitting of a new gasket can solve this).
Please note: The gasket will be sent as one continuous length.

Important:
When fitting it is easy to cut the gasket too short - to avoid this measure around the unit and add approximately 6cm to the length required before cutting.

Difficult to get excited about window gasket but it seems good quality. The nylon component is firmly attached which is more than can be said for the gasket it's replacing. Main thing is the fact that the layman can get hold of this for a DIY window replace - this I really appreciate.
