Installation:
Tools required: Pencil, tape measure, electric drill and drill bit and spanner.
- 1: Select where you want to place the centre pull handle on your door. Using a pencil, measure and mark on the door where the knob will go.
- 2: With the electric drill and the correct sized drill bit, carefully drill a hole all the way through your door. Clean the hole so that it is free of dust and particles.
- 3: Place the door knob bolt through the hole, ensuring that the nut is on the inside of the door (trim to the correct length as necessary); place the knob and screw the bolt into your door knob securely. Use a wrench or spanner to gently tighten the bolt. (Please note that some door knobs/roses may have a small grub screw to stop the knob/rose rotating, these will require separate shallow drill holes).
- 4: Wipe the door knob clean of any dust from the installation, stand back and admire your excellent work!
