Mila 8 SERIES Shootbolt Lock Mechanism Gearbox For Upvc Windows 22mm Backset (Gearbox Only)

The 8 Series Shootbolt espagnolette gearbox is manufactured from Zinc & ferritic stainless steel and provides exceptional levels of security through an extremely effective combination of mushroom headed steel cams and steel shootbolts. These centre gearboxes are designed to work in conjunction with adjustable extension bars - these are available separately.

The Mila Series 8 Shootbolt gearbox is compatible with all standard espag handles with 43mm fixing centres with a 7mm square spindle.

Mila Series 8 Shootbolt Bar Rod Extensions (compatible with this gearbox) or the 20mm Backset version of the Mila Shootbolt Gearbox are also available in our shop.

• 22mm backset
• 8mm mushroom cams - also available without cams for smaller windows
• Two mushroom cams on the gearbox provide additional sealing and security in the centre of the window
• Mushroom cams are adjustable for compression by +/- 1mm
• Shootbolts and mushroom cams are operated via a smooth reverse action gearbox
• Locking points throw in opposing directions
• Secured By Design licensed product
• BBA approved product, tested to 25,000 cycles
