Avocet Espag Mushroom Window Keep ERK041MB is a replacement Avocet ERK041MB mushroom window keep for uPVC window profiles. It accepts a mushroom cam, the most common cam type on uPVC window espag locks. It is unhanded, so it works with most multi-point espag locks on left- or right-hand windows.

Made from zinc with a silver finish, and stamped ERK041MB or WKM041T on the keep plate. Sold singly, so you can replace just the keep that has worn or broken. As with all uPVC window parts, compare the shape of the base with your old keep before ordering.

First look for a number stamped on your old keep plate: ERK041MB or WKM041T means this is the matching part. If there is no number, unscrew the keep and measure it end to end, then measure from the centre of one screw hole to the centre of the other.
