Simon Trickle Vents 300mm or 400mm Night Slot Ventilation Facility Upvc & Timber Windows

Simon Trickle Vents are suitable for all window types and provides trickle ventilation in line with current Building Regulations and are available in two sizes to suit most needs. Supplied as a complete package, the lever operated internal mechanism opens to provide easy trickle ventilation.

The external canopy is supplied with an integral fly-screen and provides excellent weather protection. Aesthetically pleasing and manufactured from rigid UV stable PVCu, the vent is simply screw fixed to the window frame and is supplied with push fit cap covers to conceal fixing points.

*Chartwell Green BS-14-C-35 does not have a RAL colour designation; the closest match is RAL6021 known as pale green.

Fitting guide:

Route out the frame with the correct slot size and configuration for the model to be fitted (please see above).
Place unit centrally over the slots.
Fix the unit in place by using the screws provided.
If fixing the units to aluminium window frames, use the screw hole centre details shown above to drill pilot holes for the screws, then screw to frame as above.
Once the unit is screwed in place simply press the end caps in place on each end of the ventilator.

Shop with absolute confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund the full purchase price providing you return the item within 30 days and in the same condition as when dispatched. Except for those cases where an item proves to be faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrectly described, return delivery charges and postage expenses are not refunded.

How do I return Items?

If you need to return an item please log into your account and click on the orders tab. Locate the order you wish to return and on the right click on 'Return Items?' You will then be taken to the returns tab; on the right hand side enter the quantity you wish to return; then on the left below the item, select the return reason and then the return action (whether you would like a replacement or a refund). If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund. There is a comments box to the right if you need to enter any more details.

Once you are happy that all the details have been correctly entered then click on the 'Submit Return Request' button. You will then be sent a return request email from JCP Hardware with instructions.
