ORDER BY 2 PM (MON–FRI) FOR SAME-DAY DESPATCH! NO DESPATCH ON WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS
Broken handle? Stiff lock? Draughty door?
You're in the right place. We stock replacement parts for uPVC, composite, and aluminium doors — the same hardware used by professional fitters, at prices that make sense for a one-off repair.
Not sure what you need? Snap a photo of the broken part and send it over — we'll identify it and point you to the right replacement, usually within the hour (Mon–Fri, 9am–3:30pm).
Door handles in every common PZ size (47, 48, 68, 70, 72, 92, 95, and 117mm) — the PZ measurement is the distance between the handle spindle and the keyhole on your existing handle. Measure yours before ordering.
Multipoint locks and gearboxes from Yale, Winkhaus, Fullex, Mila, ERA, and Avocet — the mechanism inside your door that throws the hooks and bolts when you lift the handle. If yours has failed, you can usually replace just the gearbox rather than the whole lock strip.
Euro cylinders including 3-star TS007 anti-snap cylinders from Avocet ABS and Ultion — the part your key goes into. Upgrading to a 3-star cylinder is the single biggest security improvement you can make to a uPVC or composite door.
Door hinges (flag, butt, and 3D-adjustable), letterboxes in 10″ and 12″ sizes, door knockers, spy holes, weather bars, cat flaps, and everything else that keeps a door working properly.
How do I measure my door handle?
Measure from the centre of the square spindle hole to the centre of the keyhole. That's your PZ distance. Also check the screw centres (the distance between the two fixing screws) — both need to match.
My door has gone stiff or won't lock properly. What's wrong?
Nine times out of ten it's the multipoint gearbox on its way out, or the door has dropped slightly and needs hinge adjustment. If you can lock the door with it open but not closed, it's alignment. If it's stiff either way, it's usually the gearbox.
Are door handles left or right-handed?
Most of ours are fully reversible — the fixings work on either side, so one handle fits any door.
What's the difference between a 1-star and 3-star cylinder?
A 3-star TS007 cylinder resists snapping, bumping, drilling, and picking. A 1-star cylinder resists some of those but needs a 2-star handle to reach the same overall standard. If in doubt, fit a 3-star — it's the police-preferred spec and covers you on most home insurance policies.
Will any handle fit any door?
No — you need to match the PZ size and the screw centres. If you send us a photo of the old one with a tape measure next to it, we'll confirm before you order.
