Extra Keys for Yale Platinum High Security 3 Star Euro Cylinders
This will be classed as a special order and is not returnable unless faulty.
How to Order:
We will require some details from you to cut your extra key/s.
- If you are ordering an extra key for a lock you already have then we will need your unique key card number - you will find this on the card that is attached to your original keys.
- Please carefully copy the code and enter it into the 'Key Code' box above. For example - 22414 D, 4881 E and 99871 F. If you are unable to do that then please send us a photograph of your card. Please note - the number of digits per line can vary.
- If you are ordering multiple cylinders from us, and need additional keys for those, then we will need to know which cylinders the extra keys are for and how many are required for each different cylinder.

Please note: We strongly recommend that you have the keys delivered to an ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS where the keys will not be used; your workplace, a friend or a family member's address would be ideal. Please ensure that you change the address before hitting the 'Confirm and Pay' button, as we are unable to amend any address once the order has been placed.

Cut-off times:

Depending on the delivery service selected at checkout, we use a next-day courier service, Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Shop with absolute confidence. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price provided the item is returned within 30 days in the same condition as dispatched.
Except where an item proves to be faulty, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly described, return delivery charges and postage expenses are not refunded.
How do I return items?
- Log into your account and click on the Orders tab.
- Find the order you wish to return and click “Return Items?” on the right.
- On the Returns tab:
- Enter the quantity you wish to return (right side).
- Select the return reason and return action (replacement or refund) under the item.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Use the comments box for any additional details.
- Click “Submit Return Request”.
You will then receive a return request email from JCP Hardware with instructions.
