The Trimvent® Select Xtra S13 is an externally mounted plastic ventilator designed to fit neatly over a 13mm slot in a window, offering an Equivalent Area (EA) ranging from 2000mm² to 4400mm². Provided with an XC13 canopy, this ventilator is versatile for use in new constructions or renovation projects across various window materials. Manufactured in white to match RAL 9010, it seamlessly integrates with a range of design aesthetics.
As an enhanced version within the Trimvent® Select line, the Xtra S13 is engineered to provide superior ventilation, optimizing airflow and making the most of existing slot sizes and vent lengths. This product has been meticulously developed in response to the recent 2022 updates in Part F of the Building Regulations for Ventilation (England & Wales). Moreover, it's tailored for compatibility with the Scottish Technical Standards and is aimed at enhancing performance to meet requirements across the UK and Europe.

Fitting Guide:
- Prepare slots and pre-drill fixing holes. Avoid glazing rebates and reinforcements, (please see fitting sheets in gallery for details).
- Fix vent and canopy using screws and attach screw covers. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
- We recommend the use of silicone sealant for optimum weather sealing.
