Euro Cylinder Door Lock Measuring Gauge Tool Easy Measuring In Situ Door Barrel
Measure a cylinder lock in seconds without having to remove it from the door first!
This simple yet effective cylinder lock gauge means you can accurately measure a cylinder lock quickly and easily without the need to remove the lock from the door.
To assemble the Cylinder Gauge is very much like an airfix model.
Features:
- Simply remove the pieces from the frame to assemble the Gauge
- Attach the two arms to the ruler strip
- Place the centre point of the Gauge into the fixing hole of the door screw (beneath the latch)
- Slide the arms on either side to the ends of the door handle (Do not measure to the end of the cylinder as it might not currently be the right size)
- When reading the gauge please remember to round up to the nearest 5mm, e.g. If the Gauge reads left to centre 33mm and centre to right 48mm, then you need a 35/50 cylinder (85 mm overall).
- The tool will measure from 5-120mm cylinders covering most door cylinder sizes available

How do I return items?
- Log into your account and click on the Orders tab.
- Find the order you wish to return and click “Return Items?” on the right.
- On the Returns tab:
- Enter the quantity you wish to return (right side).
- Select the return reason and return action (replacement or refund) under the item.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Use the comments box for any additional details.
- Click “Submit Return Request”.
You will then receive a return request email from JCP Hardware with instructions.
