Support What is the quickest way to get help identifying a part?

The quickest way to get help is to send us a clear photo of the part by WhatsApp or email. Because many parts look very similar, seeing the item helps us recommend the correct replacement more quickly and accurately.
Delivery What is the delivery cut-off time?

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Returns How do I return an item to JCP Hardware?

Account holders: Log in, go to the Orders tab, select the order and click "Return Items?" to initiate a return.
Guest orders: Please return your item to:
JCP Hardware, Unit 1A, Barncoose Industrial Estate, Barncoose, Redruth TR15 3RQ. Please include your order number and delivery address.
Delivery Do you ship overseas?

Currently, JCP Hardware only ships to mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland at this time.
Products How can I order gasket material, and will it be delivered in one length?

Gaskets are sold per metre and will be dispatched in one continuous length where possible. You can adjust the quantity if you need more than one metre.
Delivery Can I get free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available on orders over £10.00. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Warranty Do your parts come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a full 1-year warranty on all products we sell. Some items also come with additional manufacturers' warranties that extend beyond our standard coverage period.
If you experience any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Where Do We Deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland at this time.
How Are Parcels Shipped?
- Free Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — delivery aim 1–2 working days
- Heavier/Oversized Items: Parcelforce Large 48 or DPD for larger shipments

Missed Deliveries
If your parcel was returned to us because of a missed delivery, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to arrange redelivery of your order if still required.
Missing Orders I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We'll trace your package and either:
- Provide tracking information if it's still in transit
- Arrange for a replacement if the package is lost
- Process a refund if preferred
Incorrect Items What if I received the wrong item?

If you've received an incorrect product:
- Contact our customer service team right away
- We'll dispatch the correct item promptly
- We'll arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you
Damaged Items What if my item arrived damaged?

For items damaged during transit:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product if possible
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We'll investigate and send a replacement
- All return shipping costs will be covered by us

VAT Invoices How can I get a VAT invoice?

VAT invoices are automatically emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
For account holders: Log in → My Account → Orders → locate the order → view and print your VAT invoice.
For guest orders: Email sales@jcphardware.co.uk with your order number to request a VAT invoice.

Custom Products Do you offer custom-made products?

Yes, we offer custom-made products including ABS cylinders. Please note that custom items:
- Are made specifically to your requirements
- Can only be returned if faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly manufactured
- Cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements, key codes, or colour choices supplied by you
