Delivery What is the delivery cut-off time? +
We have different cut-off times for our delivery services:
- • Premium Tracked 24: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM
- • All other delivery services: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM
Orders placed before these times will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Returns How do I return an item to JCP Hardware? +
Customers can log into their account, go to the "Orders" tab, select the order, and click "Return Items?" to initiate a return. For guest orders, customers should email sales@jcphardware.co.uk to start the return process.
Delivery Do you ship overseas? +
Currently, JCP Hardware only ships to mainland UK.
Products How can I order gasket material, and will it be delivered in one length? +
Gaskets are sold per metre, and they will be dispatched in one continuous length where possible. Customers can adjust the quantity if they need more than one metre.
Delivery Can I get free shipping? +
Yes, free shipping is available for orders over £10.00. The estimated delivery time for free shipping is 3-5 working days.
Product Identification How can I send photos of a product I need help identifying? +
If you need help identifying a product or part:
- • Click the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the page
- • Send us clear photos of the item you need help with
- • Our team will help identify the correct product for you
- • WhatsApp support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 3:15 pm
- • Or email us at sales@jcphardware.co.uk with photos and details
This service is especially helpful when you need replacement parts but aren't sure of the exact model or specifications.
Trade Account I am trade, how do I register for a trade account? +
If you're a trade customer looking to register for a trade account with JCP Hardware:
- • Complete the application form with your business details
- • Our team will review your application and get in touch with you
Trade accounts receive special benefits including competitive pricing and dedicated customer support.
Warranty Do your parts come with a warranty? +
Yes, we offer a full 1-year warranty on all products we sell. Some items also come with additional manufacturers' warranties that extend beyond our standard coverage period.
If you experience any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Payment What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

Order Tracking How do I track my order? +
Tracking your order is easy:
- • We send tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched
- • Alternatively, registered customers can log into their account

- • Find your order and click on the tracking number to monitor its progress

Where Do We Deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland at this time.
How Are Parcels Shipped?
- • Standard Deliveries: We primarily use Royal Mail for standard UK mainland deliveries
- • Heavier/Oversized Items: TNT or DPD may be used for larger shipments
- • Premium Tracked 24: Orders with Premium Tracked 24 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD or TNT
Order Issues
Missed Deliveries
If your parcel was returned to us because of a missed delivery, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to arrange redelivery of your order if still required.
Missing Orders I haven't received my order - what should I do? +
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We'll trace your package and either:
- • Provide tracking information if it's still in transit
- • Arrange for a replacement if the package is lost
- • Process a refund if preferred
Incorrect Items What if I received the wrong item? +
If you've received an incorrect product:
- • Contact our customer service team right away
- • We'll dispatch the correct item promptly
- • We'll arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you
Damaged Items What if my item arrived damaged? +
For items damaged during transit:
- • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product if possible
- • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- • We'll investigate and send a replacement
- • All return shipping costs will be covered by us

Invoices & Documentation
VAT Invoices How can I get a VAT invoice? +
VAT invoices are automatically emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
For account holders:
- • Log in to your account
- • Go to 'My Account' and select 'Orders'
- • Locate the relevant order
- • View and print your VAT invoice
For guest orders: Email us at sales@jcphardware.co.uk with your order number to request a VAT invoice.
ABS Cylinder Custom Orders
Custom Products Do you offer custom-made products? +
Yes, we offer custom-made products, including ABS cylinders. Please note that custom items:
- • Are made specifically to your requirements
- • Can only be returned if faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly manufactured
- • Cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements, key codes, or colour choices supplied by you
